2017 X3 No Radio Audio

Hi Guys,

I have a 2017 X3 and have no audio coming from the radio (both FM and AM ) stations.

I do have audio coming from Sirius radio, CD, Door, seat belt warning, Bluetooth, Apple Car play and they all work...

I tried resetting the radio by holding down the power button. Radio stations are showing but no sound.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ps. Im beginning to think BMW is trying to make us pay for listening to free radio too now. 🤔
