    M54 in e36 4cyl

Hello guys. I need some help.. i tried it but cant find it anywhere, and I think this is the place to look for help.

As the title says i swapped m54 in e36 1.6 .. it was hell from start to finish with electricity, cooling, A/C, fuel etc.. and now i am kind of "stuck".

On e36 4cyl there is one kind of round shaped box like the fuel breather. It is connected with 2 plastic pipes (blue and black) and from there, on 4cyl rubber line was connected to the intake.

Now, on m54 i connected that rubber line directly to the fuel breather valve. But there is still that round shaped box which is kind of in the way for MAF sensor and it lifts the complete MAF upwards.. i just need some advice do I still need that round shaped box/tube thingy, cause I want to remove it to make some space...?

Also need to figure out how to upload picture so i can show it.

    EDIT:
Here is the link with pictures...
    1st engine out
2nd m54in with MAF sitting on that tube
