Hey y’all, just purchased a set of TE 37 17x8.5 et15 for my 95 m3. Just curious on what a good tire set up would be. Don’t want anything too skinny in the front and something a little wider in the back. Fenders have already been rolled front and rear. Car is lowered on bc coil overs. Thanks In advance
That is a terrible offset - those are absolutely the wrong offset for an E36. I'm not sure any amount of ridiculous stretching could make a tire work on a wheel that size with an e36 unless you intend to completely ruin the car. A roll doesn't come close to what would be needed here. Cut fenders + flares would be the minimum.
And in that case, if by "fit" you mean the wheel can be bolted to the hub, fenders-be-damned, then go ahead, do whatever you want.
Put it on and see what kind of fitment clearance you have, that will tell you more than we can since we don't know how much roll/pull has been done.
