G12 DME, FEM and Key swap

Hello, My g12 DME is gone and local repair shop suggest me to replace with new DME, FEM and key from same donor car. I ordered from ebay and swapped with new. no light was showing on cluster and also replaced with new battery. still didn't work. Please anyone suggest me any advise. I am from Myanmar and it is very hard to parts and no expert technician here. thanks in advance.

If this is a used DME, FEM, and key then specialized tools are required to make it work such has Hextag, you cannot just fit a used set to a G12, it will not work.

What was the original fault with the vehicle?
