    Hoses and cold

What you prefer, having coolant hoses burst on summer or winter? Its 0* here and the hose under the intake manifold sprung a leak, luckily a mile from my house so shut it off before it got too hot.

Just looking at it looks easy, wont have to take intake manifold, but man I hate the cold.. haha

Ugh. That one takes a rather circuitous path under the intake manifold as well.
Me, on a cold day? A yard or so of 10mm or 3/8" hose and snake it under there until I feel like doing it right. At least the throttle body end is easy.

If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you have enough horsepower. - Mark Donohue
