MS41 on m50b20 nonvanos running badly

    so
I have swapped M50 on Lada Classic body and I wanted to tune the engine. So I bought ms41.0 engine harness from an automatic e39. I changed the knocks, IAT, ECT, MAF, camsensor, crank sensor with balancer, and injectors. Problems i am having are following:

    * cold starts are very bad. Backfires into intake manifold and exhaust. if it finaly starts it idles fine.
    * engine reving slowly. not like very slow but i have another m50 with stock everything and it revs much more easly.
*no vehicle speed senosr. I have nowhere to get the signal. Lada has a solid rear axle. original Lada has a mecanical cable going from gearbox.

    Lambdas are not connected!

What i am hoping to find answers here for the following problems:
*vehicle speed sensor. Delete it without losing funcions in ecu tuning or find some other alternative.
*get the engine running good. maybe someone has m50b20 stock maps for ms41.0?

My english is bad, I know

First, what engine is the current flash for?
If it doesn't match theAF and fuel injector size, then you will have the exact problem you are describing.

Second, you should have some lambda sensors precat for fueling fine control.

Third, depending which flash version you are on, you can run without vehicle speed sensor, but you have to raise the VSS error rev limiter.

I would probably run this on M52B20 flash with correct fuel injectors and MAF for that flash.

Don't forget to account for the differences in crankshaft position sensors between the engines.

I am running m52b20 stock injectors and stock m52b20 MAF. The flash should be from m52b20. I downloaded it from romraider so I am not completly sure if it is.

I am going to buy the lambda sensor.

And lastly the vss error revlimiter is raised to 7.5k and engine rev limiter is at 6.8k. But feels like engine doesnt have all the power. It should do a second gear burnout no problem but it is struggeling hard. Wheel size is 15x6j with some random summer tires and with 4.3 final drive.

Crankshaft position sensor was replaced with m52 one

I would get lambda control going, and then read errors and see what your adaptations look like.
The VANOS codes can simply be disabled, or if you want, disable VANOS through the control bytes. It probably won't make much of a difference.

To guarantee that you are on the E39 520i maps, use WinKFP to flash to ZB number 1711619

Then do your necessary changes to that.

Got the lambdas. No big change there . Also bought another ecu what came from a manual 320i e36. Got the same starting problem.

Ok. So i got a little bit of time and I made a video.
There are 2 codes: crankshaft sensor and tank venting valve.- tank venting valve not connected!
    I measured fuel pressure- 2.5bar
It shows crank code but i can see real time engine rpm which is around 150rpm. So i dont think the crank sensor is bad, but i might be wrong.
