New Owner of 2023 X5 M50i

Hey everyone, brand new to the forum. I bought a new 2023 X5 M50i (Alpine White/Cognac) a couple weeks ago. Quite a difference from my 2008 Infiniti G 37S (6 MT) that I drove for 208k miles over 14 years. (I remember when I purchased that car thinking that it was the most amazing piece of machinery, and I will keep it forever! )

I am very impressed as to the level of comfort and speed that this vehicle has. Also, although a bit premature but the point of my post, I was looking at different Run Flat tire options. Are there any other Run Flat options other than the stock Continental PremiumContact 6s?? I have the 22 in wheel package. While these tires are new, I’m just trying to plan for the future.
