Help: My Car has called the police on me.

No joke. This is getting to the point were we can get in trouble with the Police. 2011 BMW X5D .. The car randomly called the cops. Rings once and they answer. I can't seem to find any helpful answer. I have already looked under the drivers floor to make sure there was no water there. I heard this was a issue on some cars. The car is dry. The only other place I can think to look is the shark fin . But I want to see if anyone else has had this happen. All the other places I seem to just get jokes with very little help.

While I do not condone making anyone's life difficult...take it to a dealership and complain.

Hopefully this will solve it or at least diagnose it at a low cost.
