For my '97 with M52b28
There is a rubber grommet that fits into the bracket on the throttle body that the cable inserts through. One for the main throttle, another for the cruise control.
I've just spent quite a while browsing the parts catalog and cannot find these little devils. I'm beginning to suspect the Bavarians would prefer I buy(and install) the entire cable assy.
The grommet for early M20 era cars is # 35 41 1 152 744 I'm wondering if this is an acceptable substitute. No dimensions are given in the parts catalog.

I do believe the rubber OE grommets are only available with the cable
