Question BMW S62 Upper Oil Pan O-Rings

Does anyone have a spare S62 upper oil pan that can assist in determining the proper locations of the o-rings associated to part number #6 in the realoem diagram? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You didn't want to wait for herrubermensch to respond?
No o-ring in pocket. Just one on each tube end with the screen on the other.
Don't forget to clean the oil solenoids.
Mine were plugged along with the pickup tubes, screens and whole back pan section.

Thank you for providing this information! It is greatly appreciated. My M5 is stuck in my driveway and is blocking another vehicle..
That is why I have been searching for answers to why realoem stated 4 o-rings.

I have already cleaned the entire upper oil pan and reassembled it, but as for the solenoid valves, I have only cleaned the exterior and midway into the solenoid. Am I able to clean the internals using any chemical cleaner such as brakes parts cleaner or electrical cleaner?

You have to electrically activate the solenoid to clean them. I'd use spray parts cleaner not carb cleaner, just to not swell any internals.
M5 board search will get you info, about voltage. And pulse them.
Not sure if you are supposed to go full 12 volts.

I'll do a search on m5board for the cleaning procedure. Thanks again.
As for parts cleaner, this should suffice correct? Is it safe to spray inside the solenoid valve?
I don't see any "spray parts cleaner." Are you referring to some sort of degreaser or brake parts cleaner?
