First off, I picked up an amplifier on eBay that was advertised as tested and working, swapped that in and still no changed.
No sound at all coming from the speakers. I replaced all of the speakers as well with BavSound units.
All of the lights, buttons and functions operate properly.
Any ideas? I've seen old threads online about this issue and haven't found any conclusive information on how to fix it.
Thanks!

When I got my wagon, The audio appeared to have all functions/tuning working fine, but no sound at all.
I found some sedans in the U-Pull yard with an amp that appeared the same unit as the one in my car, but every one I looked at had a different part number. I bought the cleanest looking one and plugged it in, and now my audio works fine. My original amp showed some staining/corrosion from an apparent water leak.
Just my experience-Donny
By the way, I picked up some decent tailgate rear lights for you.

I was out there yesterday trying to get a set of sport seats from the light blue 525. I could get the seats to move, so robbed a section of harness to power up the seats when I get back there next week. Those sport seat were pretty rough. The car must have had a 300lb driver. The white 540 was pretty complete too.
I need to know what your amp looks like. I may already have one that I picked up a while back, but is different than my original, so it wasn’t plug-and-play. My car’s amp is alloy silver w/diagonal heatsink fins. I have two other all black amps. The smaller physical size (roughly 7” x8”) is an Alpine unit, and the larger one is roughly 8.5” x 11”. Let me know if either physically match what you have.
