I need someone to verify voltage to pin 26 on an OBD1 harness for me. I've been fighting a no start condition with my turbo build for a couple weeks now and have found out that A and C channels in my ecu were switched sending first firing signal to 3/4 instead of 1/6 but even after switching those around I can't get a start on gas. I can get sputter on starter fluid and it really wants to start on starter fluid, but still nothing on gas. My ECU is measuring 5.6V (even when being jumped by a truck putting out 13.4V as measured by an alternate voltmeter in the car) which makes me think that the fusible link has failed. With all the work that has gone into this build it is very possible that I at some point reversed leads or something.
Thanks.

It’s 12v
Why is it 5.6 V and more important custom build turbo with the oem ecu?
