White smoke from one exhaust tip 2008 535xi e61

Hey everybody, I didn’t notice this until after the walnut blast so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it, but it seems like I got more white smoke than usual and today I noticed it was only coming out of one of the exhaust tips. Any thoughts? Hopefully my turbo isn’t going. Car still runs fine.

I don’t think the exhaust paths are separated all the way back, and that they instead merge in a resonator or muffler along the way. There is a vacuum valve at the tailpipe that closes one rear muffler exit when not needed to make the exhaust quieter. Any loosened oil should burn up and move out within a day of driving. White after that is probably just condensation.

If my E61 535xi had been for me instead of my wife, I would have installed water/meth injection for octane enhancement and added performance with the JB4 piggyback I ran, and WMI has the added benefit of reducing carbon buildup in the intake, which is a common problem on direct injection motors that do no spray fuel into the cylinder head end of the j take tract. Such a problem that some car companies are now adding port fuel injection to DI just for this reason.
