I have a 1997 BMW 318is that have 146,000 miles on it, can it still run for another 100k miles?

If you know how to fix your car and parts are available then yes your car can run for many more years. If you don't know how to fix your car then you will need plenty of disposable income and a competent mechanic.

    Car looks good!

Don't let your fuel level go that low, its bad for the pump. Run injector cleaner 2x/yr I like Royal Purple. Use full synthetic oil.
