    2007 X5 3.0si

    07 X5 instrument cluster rpm and gas gauge and radio only work when brake pedal engag

    Any idea where the electrical fault could be that would cause the description above? E70 3.0 si 265 k miles runs nice otherwise!

    Typically you'd trace errors like this to a bad earth. I don't know, but if the brake pedal switch is a switch on the ground side, this would tend to confirm.
