Electrical problems after interior swap

So about a week ago i changed my grey boring leather interior in my 1999 530d sedan. I changed it to complete alcantara which turned out AMAZING, its like a new car.

However i have encountered numerous problems following the interior swap.

The reason i am posting this is so that someone can point me in the right direction instead of me tearing apart my entire car troubleshooting.

Anyway my problems are as following

AC not blowing, the unit is working as it should although nothing is blowing.

My car wont lock or unlock using my keys

My blinkers sometimes stop flashing in my speedometer yet still they blink on the outside

While doing this did you have any of the electrical connections disconnected? (other that the lights in the c pillar, the ones by the front mirror, and the intrusion alarm in the middle of the ceiling)

I disconnected what i had to removing the centerconsole. But i did disconnect thr intrusion alarm.
