Bmw e34 rear bumper one side of the bumper can easily be pulled back

One side of my e34 rear bumper can be easily pulled back it seems like its not clipped in place. Im not sure what is the problem. My wheel stud broke off then my car fell to the ground well driving and pulled driver side bumper just the corner of my bumper how do i secure my bumper it will slide in the track but wont stay secured
