Hey, random question. How do you get replacement shocks for this kit other than directly from TC Kline?
Mods: obd1 s52, SS replica headers, SS race mid-section, SS exhaust, euro intake, 3.5" hfm, turner tune, 24lb injectors, uuc flywheel, m5 clutch.
Why would you want to go somewhere else? TCKline's prices are extremely fair IMO and the rear adjusters are worth it alone.
1200 bucks for a full set of shocks/struts is dirt cheap. Heck, rebuilding a set of 4 SA shocks is darn near that price.
The only replacement part hack that I know of for TCK on the E36 is to use Porsche 911 spec rear Konis. Even TCK has recommended this at times when it did not have stock. I use them, but bought new front inserts from TCK. I forget the 911 spec but if you google and search around you will find the year/model and Koni Porsche PN.
8210-1159 Sport is the porsche rear shock part number. The issue is how expensive they are it doesn't make it any cheaper than just supporting TCKline, an active supporter of the brand and sport......
