I have been looking for a black E21 323i with euro bumpers for a long time now. Original examples/nonswapped only. Please help me out if you have any leads!

I can see that car on FB. He appears to be a collector, several cars and motorcycles. No way to tell the status of that e21 though.

Haven't been on this forum in LONG time, but I just bought a graphite gray '82 323i. A black 323i was my first choice, but gave when I couldn't find one. I guess I should have posted on here! lol! Keep us posted.

I was talking with the guy who is selling this car. It seemed pretty decent, but the rear shock towers were showing signs of rust when I had it inspected. The math just didn't work out after importing it to proceed so I walked away.

Yep. All there and more. Lot's of modifications.

I am not surprised, the car has a ton of fleas: not original engine, rust, bad paint, mods, the list can go on. Not a great example of the mighty 323i.

LOL, Karma! I just stumbled back upon this not too old thread and wouldn't you know it, I now own a black 1980 323i...wasn't even really looking. But, that's how it usually works. See my other posts on progress for the refurbishment. Not a restoration but will get the engine running, followed by body and paint, finishing up with interior.
