I'd hop on the sways if my 2.8 didn't already have them. I'd recommend them to any non-M owner, especially if they're considering (or have) M suspension geometry.

non-M guys cant really use the sways as-is, at least not the front (and most people prefer softer in the rear). M's mount to the strut tower, which the non-M struts dont have
I'd be interested in the front subframe, pending price and shipping cost... it's not really M specific so not looking to drop big bucks on it

Shell is GOOOOONNNNEEE, OP updated with the Anti-Spartansburg photos.
Doors and rear fenders will likely hang out for a little but eventually go to the wayside if no one picks them up, I just hate to toss them yet.
The windshield had a suprisingly thick tube running up the A-pillar which was a pain to get through, theres also some support rod behind the doors I didnt expect. All and all it was significantly lighter in scrap weight than I expected and next time holes will be cut to rig a sling and the whole chassis will go on the trailer at only 700 lbs.
