Tire size for wagon

Local guy is selling set of Rial wheels and no name tires.
He lists them as 5-120.
The tire size is 245 45 R18

Will this fit my silver bullet wagon?
(Not good with tire numbers)

Those numbers are good, but what are the offsets on the wheel hubs? What car did the wheels come off of?

The guy says a 5 series BMW.
I would really prefer 17 inch wheels.
But this is a good deal….if it works.
How would I find out offset?
And what do I need?

Offset is stamped on the wheel. Rial is a reputable brand. ET 20 would be a 20mm offset ( Positive ). It will be near the bolt holes ( most likely ). Pics would help. Center Bore for almost all bmws - but not any e39 is 72.6mm. E39 is 74.1 - so a rim made for an e60 5 series will not sit on a e39 bore.
