Anyone know if there’s an OEM part number for this or if I just need to go find a fitting that fits. It’s a 98 528 on the small intake boot:
*EDIT: I have Googled the area for vacuum lines and stuff. It looks like the common appearance is some L fitting with two nipples. I THINK what fell off was just a size fitting to allow that hose to fit the intake tube. So...

#13, I believe.
PM me if NLA, there is no doubt one of these here somewhere.

If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you have enough horsepower. - Mark Donohue
Thanks! Looks like a few places say they carry it but in the past I’ve seen they have it then they call and say oops. Lol But at least now I know what it is!
I’ll PM you if needed I’m going to try and see if I can find the right size at a local parts or hardware store first. It fell into the abyss when working on the car the last few days and I cannot for the life of me find where it went.

This guy?
I found a fitting that works for now as I try to hunt down my other issue. Since we’re on the topic of intake though, there’s a very big sensor that’s not plugged in below that vacuum line. What is it? I am assuming it has never been plugged in since I bought the car. It’s sort of visible in my photo (it’s white)

If you have a manual tranny and want to get rid of that stationary high idle after a rev up, you can insert a short piece of tubing (~1" long) into that line to neck-down the air flow to the Idle Control Valve. I did this and it made a huge difference when shifting and not having to wait for the idle to come down. Before this I felt like I was forced to power-shift on every clutch init.
