Yes some F3x cars come with a manual, normally it was the 435/440 but I think it might have been possible for the 428/430 to have it as an option too. However they are a very rare bird, like under 5% of cars were ordered with a 6-speed.
Of course a dealership won't do a re-covering of the seats, you will have to find a upholstery shop, but I am sure you can ask for a recommendation from the dealership.
Lastly you will have to look all over the country to see if you can find a rare bird of a 6-speed in a 4 series.
