E92 n55 wierd ticking noise

I have a 2012 bmw 335i with 102k miles. I just got the valve cover and vanos solenoids replaced. I heard this noise just before i started having problems, and i still here it. Not sure what it is.

Oh boy.. That sounds like a rod knock or hopefully it's a lifter that's lacking oil.

Did you find out what the issue is? This member had the same sound in his engine and it was the AC that caused the noise.
