Big time help needed with the m10b18 (1986)

So i been trying to get this this car to run again for a long time.
The problem is that it starts up but shuts down right away, nothing happens when i push the gas pedal.

It all started when the fuel pump gave up and i replaced it.
The car runs when i block of the fuel return line with pliers BEHIND the fuel regulator. Runs poorly but car can be moved.

Heres the things i tried so far.

    -New fuel pump and filter.
    -New Fuel regulator.
    -Injectors cleaned at a shop.
-Tested fuel pressure and its good.
-Checked if pump runs all the time, It does
    -New fuel.
    -Havent found any vacum leaks
-Checked everything with multimeter. everything seems to get power. Sensors also.
    -New Temperature Sensor
    -Cold start valve is working.
    -Maf seems to be working.
    -Compression test, Its good.
-Tried to remove the injectors from the intake but kept them attached to the fuel rail, and cranked the engine. No fuel came out. Should it?

Thats all i remember so far.

Could something else have given up at the same time as the pump? Could the ecu be bad?

Also messed around with the idle controll valve, checked it with a multimeter and tried to give 12v to it, nothing happens. But im not sure how its supposed to work.
