Ticking or rattle seems to be under air filter

Hey guys I have a weird ticking or rattle in the front end, seems to be under the air filter. I can feel the rattle when I touch the fuel rail but nowhere else. I changed the tensioner because it was wiggling really bad and I did notice I have a valve gasket leak so I’ll be replacing that, but this sound I can’t figure out. As I said seems to be under the air filter and it’s at idle. If I could post a video I would to help but it sounds like metal vibrating somewhere or something to that effect. Thanks

Sound near the passenger side more? If so, check the filter in the engine bay (on passenger side up by the windshield). It usually deteriorates, and has been a commmon problem of weird noises coming from the engine bay.
