Yo guys soo recently i bought e46 with m54b25 2 vanos and my tranny is leaking and have seen better days what you woud recomend me to do if i plan turbo chanrging it for like 400hp shoud i recover this tranny and replace everyithing inside or search for new one, i think the next best choise was from e46 330i 6 speed but i cant find it my region soo help me guys

You didn't say what year of E46, but it probably doesn't matter. There's no way either the GM tranny of the early models, or the 5HP19 of the later models, is going to live very long behind 400 HP. I think you're either going to have to scale back your HP numbers or find a manual trans.

Having said that, there are companies who claim to be able to build one that will support 500 - 700 HP. The down side is that the trans cost almost $7,000. If you have that kind of $$ to throw at the project, cool! IMO you'd be better off throwing that money at a good 335i.

I recommend you sell it and get something that already has turbo on it from the factory. You solve both problems
