2015 535i xdrive base model tire recommendation run flat and non run flat

Looking for suggestions on a set of new tires. I understand the run flats are noisier than non run flats. I have a set of Michelin Pilot sport A/S 3+ 245 45R18 on vehicle and debating run flats or not.

Unless you drive through a hardware store parking lot every day, modern tires are pretty puncture-resistant. Run-flats no longer confer the huge advantage they used to for the tradeoffs you have to suffer.
