E64 Will not turn over

I have a 2005 E64 and last week turned key and nothing happens. I have replaced and registered the battery and installed a new IBS but still have fault codes 2E95 and 2E8B and not turning over. Would an alternator issue cause the car to not turn ove even with a good battery. Thanks for the help!

Good battery charge? Is it cold where you are, I’ve gotten no crank before when its cold out and it would start fine later in the day or once driven. Crank and cam position sensors may cause a no crank, starter definitely. Not sure what those codes are for but depending they should lead you in a close direction. Alternator only charges the battery when the engine is running so in your case be sure the batt has a good charge before moving forward.
