Hello,

So currently I am facing an issue with my BMW 2004 E60 530D 160kw. My vehicle has shit acceleration under 2.5k RPM. After 2.5k RPM it starts zooming, however as long as i floor it, constant black smoke is coming out of the exhaust, and iam talking about crazy black smoke, it is like a steam train. I have been digging into this issue, however no luck so far. Ill put a list of things that i have changed :
Turbo (Serviced by local service)
MAF
Vacuum hoses (Serviced by local service)
Air filter
Vacuum tank
Vacuum valve
Cleaned the intercooler because of previous turbo that had oil leak.
Inspected intake manifold, to make sure it had no cracks or anything, everything was fine.
Changed the breather.
Ran error codes, the only thing i found was fuel filter...

Brought my vehicle to programmer, I know how to run diagnostics myself however I am not a mechanic, so maybe i did not understand something. So as per programmer everything is right with fuel (I ran diagnostics to see if injectors are fine as well) And I was told that it must be something with air. Run Air test on ISTA, it seems that it pushes too much air under 2.5k RPM, and the ratio equals out at 2.5k RPM and above. Disconnected MAF sensor and the ratio was fine, but either or neither way my vehicle still has shit acceleration under 2.5k RPM and pushes insane clouds of black smoke whenever flooring it. I am running out of ideas what it could be, maybe I missed something or so. Looking for help here. Thanks in advance.
