Last night I was accelerating full send and hit small pot hole the bang was massive , almost like I bottomed tyre to alloy, it came from rear end of car . This morning it did same in lot smaller speed and not as much torque in wheels while going over small drain cover in factory carpark. I know I have knackered propshaft donut, could it be that or I have issue in suspension somewhere ?

Doubtful. Your're reporting a driveline issue, why would there be a suspension problem, and why are you driving with a known problem?
