1991 750il radiator Hoses

I can't seem to find the size/diameter for the radiator Hoses online and I don't want to take it off yet since I use the car every day does anyone know what the inside diameter is?

ETK only shows the size of the hose clamps, unfortunately I scrapped my old radiator hoses, but I have an old M70 radiator here and measured, outer dia. of the plastic hose connections of radiator ~ 41.5mm, inner dia. ~33.0mm

I have both radiator hoses waiting to install on my 750iL. I'll get you measurements later today!

Edit:
Hose end sizes are 39mm and 43mm. See photo for orientation. I'd say +/- 0.5mm because I measured with garbage calipers

Any recommendation for installing silicon hoses?

I tend to avoid silicone hoses because they're very water permeable relative to rubber and will eventually sweat coolant through the hose walls. On my other car, this happened in less than 4 years.
Rubber lasts about 20 years and handles the heat just fine.

It's a material best used for intake components
