'04 e66 - Won't Crank
Day 3 troubleshooting.
2004 754Li e66 110K miles
Car sat idle for two months, now it won't start, won't crank.
The battery was purchased on 10/2020. It was taken to the point of sale, charged and load tested and deemed good.
I cleared all codes yesterday morning and left the car to sit for 24 hours and ran codes again. The following were generated
A14F Driver Interior lighting present
A158 Present Power Module closed circuit current
A161 Present Power Module battery disconnection
Car Access System - no codes
DME Motor Electronics - no codes
I have an Autel scanner and allows me a LIVE DATA view of systems
Power Module - Live Data
Battery Switch contact 1 - open
Battery Switch contact 2 - closed
Wake Terminal 15 - On
Temperature 68 F
Power Module Output - Live Data
Output Terminal 15 - On
Output Terminal 30 - On
Output Terminal R - On
Output electrical load, roof - On
Output electrical load, body - On
Output light module - On

Current light module - 0A
Current Terminal 30 - 13.32A
Current Terminal R - .14A

Battery - Live Data
Temperature - 71.6F
Current - 14A
Voltage - 11.4 V
Charge State - 20.7Ah

Charge Total - 0Ah
Do I have a defective Power Module or is something causing the Power Module to shut down?
If I have a defective Power Module, my understanding is that it must be coded. Is that for a DIY or an advanced shop?
If not a Power Module, where else do I look?
FWIW -
All fuses in glove box and trunk checked for defects.
Power Module was removed, disassembled. Nothing serviceable as boards and contacts are covered in epoxy. Cleaned any/all exposed contacts best possible.
IVM was removed, all solder points retouched. Checked all fuses
I have read about owners whose cars have Comfort Access System (S322A) causing issues, this car is not equipped with that.
TIA
