Does anybody know of a shop in Cali that tunes obd1.
I have a stage 2 rms kit with a crappy tune on it.
good luck! what are you going to do about smog? I would consider talking to sean church (or any other local tuner with a good reputation) about running a standalone that they are familiar with installing and tuning.
I've had terrible experience with stock DME tuning so its difficult to recommend you anyone for that. and no one I know likes to do obd1 anymore.
You could consider dropping the car off with chris castro at castro motorsports and have him go through the car and he will have RK tunes dyno tune it for you. Then if you have any problems, you can take the car right back to chris and have him sort it out for you.
Yes, superchargers and DME tunes are this much of a pain! I would consider having everything done in-house at one shop if possible. then if there are any problems, you can take the car back and the shop can communicate with the tuner and get your issues resolved.
look up dardantuned or dardan maloku on fb. he's in Santee Ca... He tuned my ms3pro and saw also another turbo e36 with a stock ecu that he tuned. Not sure if it was obd1 or obd2.. I'm sure he can do both.
