Valve train refurbish + parts still available?

I'm planning on doing my valve stem seals this fall, and I'm going to pull the head off to do it, (never pulled a head off before) and since I have it off, I want to replace any parts recommended since this engine has well over 200K on it. I welcome any comments or suggestions about Items I should replace. (Question: are this parts still going to be available? if so where? Is Ireland Engineering still functional? I can't get my calls or e-mails returned)

    Items I'm think about replacing:

    head bolts
    head gasket
    valve springs
    timing chain
    timing chain tensioner
    valve stem seals
    timing cover gasket
    valve cover gasket
Clean carbon off the top of pistons
have a machine shop check my head for flatness.

    My $0.02:

No need to replace the following:
Head Bolts: These are not stretch bolts, so they can be re-used if in good condition. Just clean them up.
Valve Springs: Unless you are planning a cam swap and want to run higher rpm, the springs are probably fine.

The rest of your list is good practice.

$450 for a rebuilt head, ready to bolt on? Sounds like a good deal to me. Looks like they are out of Dallas. Im definitely interested.

Yes, they prepay for shipping back the old cylinder head as well and provide a box for it.

I'm think about to do this soon.
Do you know.....I assume the head is decked, and they have done a valve job, tested the valve springs. new seals, valve guides...
Do you have any pictures of it before you installed it?
So you were happy with your end result?

    Cool

Yes they do what they list and deck the cylinder head and spray a heat coating on it as well-viton valve guide seals to boot, send them the upper timing chain cover as well as they deck this with cylinder head so they are even. They do a good job and cost less than local shops by far. The pictures are buried somewhere.
