All of the online parts places carry them. Shop Around. I found the best price for the fuel pump relay at the dealer, after factoring in shipping. Headlight relays can be refloated with solder and you save the $100 + new. E-bay is also an option

Timm: According to your "Relay Finder", K36, 37 & 38 are pink, not green. Which is correct?

It's beginning to look like what really matters is the relay's pin locations, more than the color. Why?
What is the difference between the violet and the green relays?

BMW colour coded their relays and used only a handful of different colours - well, at least to start with! The black relays are for special applications (such as the flasher relay).....

I set an alert at pullapart and lkq.... Both junk yards in the USA where you go out in the lot and remove whatever part you need. My alert was for any 90s BMW and then I go and pull the relays and fuses. Apparently there are few others who want the relays or fuses and they can be had for cheap. Of course this will not help with any that are unique to the E31 unless the car in the yard is an E31. But 740s seem to be regular guests at the yards.
