I’ve kinda made a post about this before, but Im having an issue on my 94 325i vert where the power windows don’t go up or down. They kind of worked when I bought the car but under weird circumstances.
When I bought the car, the only time the windows were able to go down was when my foot was pressed down on the brake, the rollover protection light would come on (intermittently), and would then allow me to roll the windows up and down.
Later found that the trunk wiring was causing a fuse to blow (I know the trunk wiring is a common issue), so temporarily I separated the main harness from the trunk harness by cutting it at the hinge of the boot, fixing my fuse problem (fuse 46 was blowing I believe).
Fuse replaced, but now no movement of power windows at all. The motors and regulators are fine, switches get light up so I believe they have power.
Just wondering where to go from here.

Being a vert you probably had water in the car at some point. So I would recommend removing the seats and carpet, properly fixing damaged corroded wires under there. Get a new subharness for the trunk. If it doesn't work after that, remove the ZKE behind the glovebox and repair any corrosion on the circuit board with Deoxit 5% spray and scrub all of it with an old toothbrush.
