E90 VS E92 exhaust rear section: identical ?

Hey Guys, I own a 08 E90 M3. When I bought the car 10 years ago, I bought an OEM mod rear section from a guy and installed it on my car. I kept my original exhaust.

I know that the coupe's exhaust tips are longuer than the sedan, but assuming I order a set of longuer tips, is the E90 rear section itself identical to the E92 ?

I recently bought a 08 E92 coupe which came with a Borla exhaust. Personnaly, I preffer the OEM mod sound so I would like to take my original E90 rear section, mod it and install it on the coupe if they're the same.

Let me know what you guys think.

Should be the same from everything I've read.
Just the tips are different.
