Sedan Door Adjustment

Hi guys,

I have a question about door adjustment on my right (driver) side door. It takes quite a lot of force to open from both the inside and outside. Right now, the door seems well alligned. All the panel gaps are even and the door doesnt stick out.
I did try to move the striker a little bit, milimeter, but no luck. I operated the latch on the door manually, it's working fine, no resistance at all.

Any suggestion what I can try next?
