    F12 Battery replacement

Can someone tell me how to remove the panel that covers the battery? I did remove the Black Pins but it seems to be holding on at the top where the trunk closes. Frustrated!!!

I can’t tell if you’re asking about how to remove the trunk panels…or the stuff that is attached to the top of the battery.
Not sure the info below is what you’re asking (a pic is worth a thousand words)…but if you’re asking how to remove the power distribution panel that sits atop the battery:

    1. Fold up covers (1).
    2. Unscrew nuts (2).
    3. Unscrew nut (3).
    4. Disconnect plug connection (4).

    • Press locking brackets (1) downwards and unclip in direction of arrow.
(If necessary, using a screwdriver, expand locking bracket (1) at lower end and clip out.)
    • Remove power distribution box (2) towards top.
