BBS RK on E36 Sedan

Hi guys,

I'm eyeing on a set of BBS RK for my sedan. The wheel spec is 18x8.5 et13 all around. Will this fit? What tire setup should I use?

no. those are 5er/7er wheels. you need something in the et38 range of bbs wheels to fit correct tires. this low offset wheel will stick out to far. oem e36 m3 wheels are et40something

They will fit depending on your suspension and tire setup. You can also roll or shave the inner lip on the rear fender to reduce negative camber and/or run a wider tire.

What do you consider a "super skinny tire"?

Also, how do you know that the OP is concerned about contact patch or that any change in patch area will produce a remarkable effect?
