Installing questions for a Eurosport M50 Manifold adapter kit On a RMS Stage 2

    1996 M3 RMS Stage 2.

Trying to step things up a little bit and get rid of my Home depot DYI M50 Adapter Kit and switch to Eurosport/ Turner M50 Manifold Adapter Kit. Here is how I plan on attaching all the lines. 1. ICV Coming off the base plate going to RMS after cooler. 2. CVV coming from the valve cover attaching to the plastic thermo supercharge out tube. What Should I use to block the base plate CVV hole? Finally Base plate temp sensor hole, block with sensor.
With this Eurosport Kit, has anyone who is FI had issues with Vacuum leaks at the ICV where it attaches to the base plate? Or vac leaks anywhere else? Any hints or feed back is appreciated!

    Thanks!

That will be a tight fit. I’d make your own adapter system.

The easiest and best solution... logon to RallyRoad and order the ICV hoses and the M50 CNC'd fitting for bottom of M50.

Run the line from valve cover to intake side pre MAF to provide vac and suck down on crankcase. Done.

That is a big part also to put in an area that is pretty inaccessible with the RMS intercooler.

Trying to use an M50 manifold adapter, which is intended to be a "pnp" add-on for normally aspirated cars only, is not a good idea. Please go with the RallyRoad ICV "boost proof" parts and then add-on the necessary ports for fuel ventilation and sap solenoid (if applicable). You're just asking for boost leaks and a convoluted mess under the manifold using a Eurosport adapter.

Agreed, RallyRoad has always provided great quality solutions.
