Thanks for the offer, Reinke! An acquaintance in France was able to purchase a 3D repro in Germany and send it to me. It's made by Vierliter. I have not installed it yet but it should fit.

I have not installed the slip ring and wheel. I've been working on other stuff but i hope to get the new wheel installed before long because I just got the car on the road now. Need to trouble-shoot the windshield wipers/ pumps and determine why it's blowing the fuse so I can get the car inspected this week.

I had a difficult time finding the slip ring I needed. These things were about $20 now you are lucky to find a used one for $120. You will probably need to order from overseas, but check other forums because other models of cars used the same slip ring.

Just in case anyone else is looking, I found this seller on eBay via a Google search and he added worldwide shipping to his listing. It's the same brand as the part you ordered.
