High rev no power check engine light comes on

When I put the pedal to the floor it just high revs but it barely goes. But when I just use the pedal normally I can get up to speed just fine I went up to 90 mph just fine. I just can't floor it😫. The used car dealer I got it from had said it had a missfire and put in newer coils but I didn't check if spark plugs or coils are correct. My code reader shows 3 codes, p1147, p0420 and p0430. I had a regular battery test but not a load test done. Couldn't see CCA so guessed at 650 and it was good. I have no maintenance records as they did not have any. So with all that said, where do I start? Lol. Has 213xxx miles. 2008 335i

Auto or manual? Either way, sounds like the clutch(s) is burned out.

It's an automatic. And ohh I never thought of that, it does make sense. The other thing that scares me to is even with using the pedal normally it's very touchy and feels like the car wants to launch but I feel like that's the turbo which is a good thing although, when I did have it to the floor I didn't hear a spool build up. It's stock but I feel like I should hear something. Is this okay to drive for a while using the pedal normally?

No, not really, you shouldn't drive a car with the clutch pack bad. What can happen is the material from the pack will get clogged in the filter, and starve the transmission causing other issues. So if you have a warranty from the place you bought it from, take it back.

As for the turbo, there is a bunch of small vacuum lines on the N-54 that will rot out causing turbo from spooling up.

Did you ever resolve the issue and if so, what did it turn out to be? My guess is that it may be the VANOS seals are shot.

P0420 and P0430 are codes that say the after-CAT O2 Sensors are not playing well. This can be due to an exhaust leak -- loose bolts if you recently had exhaust work done, or you did it yourself. You can Google your codes to see what the meaning is, two of the coders you listed are not part of the problem you report. P1147 also describes an issue with an after-CAT sensor. NOTHING with the after-CAT sensors will give the error with the drive train that you describe.
