Cell phone mount recommendations E90

I'm looking for a dash or similar mount for my iPhone, but I don't want to buy one and discovery crappy fitment. Given the shape of the E90 dash I'm thinking the clip style may not be very stable.
Does anyone have suggestions (URL and/or mfr. and mdl. #) for cell holders that they've installed in a 328 and are happy with? I'd prefer dash height to center console mount, but I'd go console if no good options are available for dash.
