Need help enabling Navigation in CIC - E92

Chicago area (or remotely) - need help to re-activate Navigation in a replacement CIC unit. I replaced my defective CIC with an identical unit. 2011 E92.
This is NOT a retrofit.
I have a K-DCAN cable, Win 7 laptop with the usual software suite. INPA, NCS Expert & Dummy, few others. TeamViewer or any other remote control.
