    335d rear seat back leather shrank - help!!

    Seams next to headrests split some time ago, so finally took in for repair. After repair, seems the leather shrank so much that we can’t get it back on the frame.

    Ideas? New leather is ~US$1000. My shop can’t find anything used.

    Can the repair shop add strips of color matched leather to extend the leather?
