Help! Lost power supply during ECU flash... bricked??

Hi everyone, I'm looking for help. I just bought a 2002 525i Touring that had been manual swapped. Car drove fine but still thought it was an automatic. I changed everything in NCSExpert to manual transmission and reprogrammed the car in NCS Expert. Things were fine. The last step was to update the ZUSB using winkfp. I hooked up my high amperage charger I made for previous flashes on an e46 (it made a big spark but the fan turned on) and I started the ECU flash. I got Error 211 with IFH-0003 datatransmisison to interface disturbed around 27%. (*&^#$. I tried again, still says 13 programming attempts left, but then after a couple percent I get another error. Then I checked my battery voltage... 11.2!! I checked my high amperage charger and it wasn't working despite the fan being on. Unsurprisingly the car doesn't turn over (it clicks) with the 11.2V at the battery. Have I bricked my ECU? I feel like such a noob and now need to find another high amperage charger asap. Any help appreciated. Any other ways to diagnose a potential bricked ECU? Are they easy to swap from a junkyard version? Many thanks.

Nah, if it still says 13 attempts left, the ecu is still responding. Charge your battery and use a correct cable with proper settings.

There was absolutely no need to update the DME, but now you're committed. You can attempt and reattempt as long as everything is good and set up.

@Abel, you were totally 100% correct. I went out and purchased a 40A charger and everything went fine. Car is running (thank goodness!), and ZUSB is correct for the car.
