It hasn’t rained in a few and I was running my air-conditioning so assuming it’s just AC condensation. But It seems like more fluid than just AC condensation though…what do y’all think?

Could be roof or cowl drains if it has rained recently, perhaps exhaust condensation, or AC. I did not watch the video. If you have not pulled the stoppers out of your roof drains and done the rear tuning fix, I highly recommend it. I pulled the stoppers but years later the rears clogged and flooded the spare tire well, damaged modules and shorted the sunroof open and it rained. Big mess. No issue since I did the rear drain hose improvement. Search e61 sunroof drains and you will find the details.
