Transfer of guarantee from country (USA) to country (Azerbaijan)

Hi there,

If car is almost new (2021) and probably has active warranty at official dealer, then can I use the same warranty at a different county?
Owner is not the same.
Accident happened in US and car imported via win on auction.
Or does accident means breach of the guarantee?
Any ways to check or any past expeirence?

contact the local BMW dealer in Azerbaijan and clarify that, because they will handle it if you visit them with a warranty matter.
